SSI conducts a detailed search of the proposed Trademark, logo, brand name to ensure that it is not registered or applied by any other entity yet. As a trademark can be only be registered if it is found to be unique; it is incredibly important that the preliminary analysis done for each product, service, or brand name is thorough.

Before making an application, the applicant needs to assess and identify the right Class(es) under which the product/ brand/ business name has to be registered.

Categorically there are 45 classes in which all the goods and services have been segregated by the Trademark Registry and every logo/ brand/ business name has to be registered under an appropriate class.
Once an assurance has been developed that the brand name or logo in consideration is unique and can be registered; SSI, as per the regulatory norms of the Trademark registrar, then proceeds by preparing the Notarized Power of Attorney that gives it the right to make a trademark registration on a client’s behalf.
After receiving consent and signatures of all the authorized signatories of an applicant entity, SSI then starts with the preparation of application documents and files it before the registrar.

On filling of basic info in Part - A and OTP verification of the authorized representative's correspondence details; a Temporary Reference Number (TRN) is then obtained for the application being made.
The TRN obtained in the previous step is then used to initiate the filling of Part - B which involves the input of specific business details such as HSN codes of main goods and services to be sold by the entity.
On successful filling of Part B, an application reference number (ARN) is generated immediately which can be used for correspondence & declaration purposes.
Within 3-7 days from the filing of an application The GST registration certificate having your GSTIN is issued, subject to successful verification of GST application and other mandatory documents by the GST officer.
Step 1: Any person who intends to establish a micro, small or medium enterprise may file Udyam Registration online in the Udyam Registration portal:
https://udyamregistration.gov.in/UdyamRegistration.aspx based on self-declaration with no requirement to upload documents, papers, certificates, or proof.
Step 2: After submitting an application form, an enterprise (referred to as “Udyam” in the Udyam Registration portal) will be assigned a permanent identification number to be known as “‘Udyam Registration Number”.
Step 3: An e-certificate, namely, “Udyam Registration Certificate” shall be issued and delivered to the registered email address of the applicant within 1-2 working days.
SSI needs the following documents to process and make a Class 3 DSC:
In the first place, on your behalf, we draft an application in the prescribed format (Aayaat Niryaat Form ANF-2A) and file it with the regional office of DGFT.
SSI then combines the necessary records, such as your identity proofs, address proofs, bank details, and the certificate regarding ANF2A.
Once your application is ready, we validate the same with your DSC (Digital Signature Certificate), file it at the online portal of DGFT; and pay the prescribed fee for your IEC Registration.
At last, when your application is approved by DGFT, your IEC Code is sent to your registered email address.
